Initial Assessment

Starting at $150

The Initial Assessment is required prior to the start of any bookkeeping relationships. The assessment includes a deep-dive review of your current books and processes. From this assessment, we will provide a list of recommendations and quote for services.

QuickBooks Set-up

Fees based on Initial Assessment

Our set-up package includes:

Set up with QuickBooks Online or Desktop on Mac/PC
Personalized Chart of Accounts for your business
Set up bank accounts and credit card feeds
3 hours of QuickBooks training

Whether you're a new business or you're switching from a different accounting system, let us help you get set-up and reoriented in QuickBooks.

QuickBooks Trainings

We offer a QuickBooks training package that includes 3 hours of live training time and 2 hours of follow-up and support. The training is provided virtually and attendees will receive a recording of the training to review at their leisure.

Cooperative Development Services

$85/hour

Monthly plans start at $100/month + $5/employee/month

Outsource your payroll. We offer three payroll service plans, which includes a monthly subscription to QuickBooks Payroll and access to a bookkeeper to answer any of your questions.
